What to Expect

1. Pick-up in Sapa town and transfer to the mountain take-off site.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation or rescheduling: At least 2 days before the flight.
• 1 day before: 500,000 VND fee.
• Same-day cancellation: 50% of ticket price charged.
• Weather-related cancellations: 100% free reschedule or refund (safety always comes first).
• Booking tip: Reserve at least 3–4 days in advance to ensure pilot availability. Last-minute bookings (within 1 day) may not be guaranteed.

Who Can Join?

• Children 3 years and older (each flies with a pilot).
• Seniors up to 80 years old.
• Maximum weight: 100 kg.
• Not suitable for pregnant women or those with serious heart, blood pressure, or bone conditions.

• Wear comfortable sportswear, long sleeves, and sneakers (no skirts or high heels).
• Sunglasses and small personal bags are allowed.
• Bring a phone with at least 4GB free storage to save your photos/videos.
